Research

I am an undergraduate Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Notre Dame. I joined the ROAM Lab in the spring semester of my junior year and have been working on the Multi-body Dynamics and Identification Project with Nicholas Adrian. My work on this project has been focused on the trajectory design of the Dash humanoid for loaded carry. Specifically, I have been working on restructuring the code to allow for more flexibility in the trajectories it can model.

Experience

Over the past few summers, I’ve worked in robotics labs through Summer Undergraduate Research Programs. In the summer of 2024, I participated in the Stanford Undergraduate Research Program. I worked in Dr. Mark Cutkosky’s Biomimetics and Dexterous Manipulation Lab, where I developed a suction-sensing system for a robotic arm to securely grasp objects in cluttered environments. The previous summer, I participated in the Caltech WAVE Fellows Program, working in Prof. Soon-Jo Chung's Autonomous Robotics and Control Lab. There, I developed a real-time centerline mapping system for a land vehicle robot using image processing with Python and ROS.

Life

During my free time, I enjoy running and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy drawing and painting.
